Vinsag works with most GPS trackers and OEM telematics platforms that can export trip, ignition and odometer data, either through an API or scheduled file exports. If your provider is not already supported, share its name on the contact form and we will confirm during the fuel audit.
At minimum, trip data from a GPS tracker and fuel data from either fuel level sensors or fuel card statements. Trip sheets, driver assignments and workshop records make the analysis sharper but are optional on day one.
No. Vinsag uses data from the systems you already have. If fuel sensors are not fitted, consumption is calculated from fuel card fills and odometer readings, with trip-level accuracy improving as sensors are added.
Starter is ₹49 and Growth is ₹89 per active vehicle per month. An active vehicle is one that completed at least one trip in the billing month, so parked or off-road vehicles are not charged. Fleet plans for 150+ vehicles are priced on volume after a short fuel audit.
Plans run month to month unless you choose an annual term. You can cancel with 30 days' notice, and you can export all of your trip, fuel and report data before your account closes.
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time as your fleet grows, and changes apply from the next billing cycle.
