About Vinsag
Fuel overruns hide in plain sight. We built the tool that finds them.
Vinsag started with a simple observation: fleets know exactly how much they spend on fuel, and almost nothing about which trips caused it.
Why we exist
The data was always there. It was never put together.
A typical fleet already has GPS trackers, fuel cards, trip sheets and workshop bills. Each one sits in its own system, and each one tells a partial story. The fuel invoice arrives once a month as a single number.
When that number is too high, someone spends days going through logs to find out why. By then, the idle hours at a checkpost and the detour on a familiar lane are weeks old, and the same thing has happened again.
Vinsag brings those sources together at the level of a single trip. Cost per km, compared to the lane it ran on, with the cause of any excess named and priced. That turns fuel from a monthly surprise into something a team can manage every day.
We chose to stay narrow. Vinsag is not a dispatch system, a load board or a freight exchange. It does one job for one fleet at a time: find where fuel money goes, and prove what brought it back.
Principles
Three rules we build by.
Flag the cause, not just the cost
A red number without a reason creates meetings, not savings. Every flag in Vinsag says why it was raised and what it cost.
Coaching over punishment
Most drivers want to do a good job. Specific, fair feedback on real patterns changes habits. Blame does not.
Your fleet's data stays your fleet's
We build a cost tool for one fleet at a time. No marketplace, no data pooling, no selling trip data.
EXIT 01 Fuel audit
Your fleet's cheapest trip already happened. Make it the standard.
A fuel audit maps cost per km across your recent trips and shows which causes are worth fixing first.
