Driver Behavior Scoring
Cost trends for coaching. Not a leaderboard for blame.
Vinsag looks at how each driver's cost per km moves over weeks, on comparable lanes and vehicles, and turns that into specific, fair coaching points.

- D-117-0.5%Consistent, lane benchmark

How driver cost trends are built
Like is compared with like
A driver is only compared on similar lanes and vehicle classes. A ghat section driver is never ranked against a highway driver.
Trends over weeks, not single trips
One bad trip can be traffic or a breakdown. Vinsag looks at rolling trends so conversations are about patterns, not incidents.
The cause is named
Each trend is broken into idling, harsh acceleration, braking and speed, so a coaching point is concrete: engine off at loading bays, smoother climbs.
Improvement is tracked
After a coaching conversation, the driver's trend line shows whether it helped. Improvement is visible and credited.
Signals used
Idle habits
Engine-on stops per trip
Acceleration
Harsh events per 100 km
Braking
Heavy braking frequency
Speed profile
Time above efficient band
Designed for coaching, not penalties. Driver insights are meant for supportive conversations. Access to individual driver data is role-restricted, and the default view is aggregate.
Outcomes
Coaching over punishment
- Aggregate trends over weeks, never a single bad day
- Specific coaching points instead of generic warnings
- Improvement credited to the driver who made it
- Individual driver views restricted to the roles you choose

EXIT 01 Fuel audit
Your fleet's cheapest trip already happened. Make it the standard.
A fuel audit maps cost per km across your recent trips and shows which causes are worth fixing first.
