Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Vinsag website and the Vinsag fleet fuel and cost platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

The service

Vinsag analyses fuel, trip, vehicle and maintenance data provided by the customer to calculate cost per trip, attribute overspend to likely causes and produce reports. Vinsag is a cost optimization tool for a single fleet. It is not a freight marketplace, a load-booking exchange or a dispatch system, and it does not arrange transport between companies.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate details when signing up
• Login credentials are personal and must not be shared
• Account administrators control user access, roles and exports
• You are responsible for activity under your organisation's accounts

Customer data

The customer owns all fleet, trip, fuel, vehicle and driver data it provides. The customer grants Vinsag permission to process that data only to provide the service. The customer is responsible for having the right to share the data, including informing drivers and obtaining any consents required by law.

Data can be exported at any time during the subscription and for 30 days after it ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use driver insights to discriminate against or harass individuals
• Attempt to access data belonging to another customer
• Reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the platform
• Upload data you do not have the right to share

Estimates and attribution

Savings estimates on the website are illustrative and based on typical fleet patterns. Cause attribution and savings figures inside the platform are calculated from the data provided and depend on its completeness and accuracy. They support decisions and do not guarantee a specific financial result.

Fees and billing

Plans are priced per active vehicle per month at the rate agreed for your account. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Taxes are charged as applicable.

Term and cancellation

Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans run for the agreed term. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period, followed by the export window.

Liability

The platform is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
