Fleet Cost Reports
A monthly report that says what worked, and how much it saved.
Vinsag's fleet reports track cost per km over time and attribute changes to specific interventions - a coaching round, a reroute, a repair - so savings are visible and defensible.
| Intervention | Started | ₹/km change | Attributed / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Idle-off coaching, 9 drivers | Jun | -0.19 | ₹1.42 L |
| Lane R-12 reroute | Aug | -0.11 | ₹0.64 L |
| TR-09 brake overhaul | Aug | -0.04 | ₹0.21 L |

How savings are attributed
Interventions are logged
When you coach a driver group, change a route or repair a vehicle, it is recorded with a start date and scope.
The baseline is fixed
Cost per km for the affected trips before the intervention becomes the baseline, adjusted for lane and vehicle mix.
The change is measured
Trips after the intervention are compared to that baseline. The difference, multiplied by distance, is the attributed saving.
The report writes itself
Each month, a report groups trends by depot, lane and vehicle class, with a table of interventions and what they delivered.

Attribution is an estimate. Fuel price, weather, load and traffic also move cost. Reports adjust for lane and vehicle mix and state the comparison used, so readers can judge the result.

EXIT 01 Fuel audit
Your fleet's cheapest trip already happened. Make it the standard.
A fuel audit maps cost per km across your recent trips and shows which causes are worth fixing first.
